Chapter 03 · Choose your route

Two ways to make AIuseful in the real business.

One route is for a workflow you want us to diagnose and improve. The other teaches you to use a client-owned Claude workspace around the work only you can lead.

Good fit

The strongest fit is an owner-led service business where customers move through a repeatable journey and small process gaps have a material cost.

Several inboxes, calendars, spreadsheets or software tools
Visible friction in enquiries, calls, follow-up or administration
Enough volume or customer value for an improvement to matter
A decision-maker who can provide real workflow information
A team willing to test, correct and adopt a better way of working

Not sure which path fits? The 20-minute conversation is designed to rule out the wrong one.

Chapter 04 · Practical systems

What the workactually looks like.

These are representative builds, not results claims. The Review decides whether any of them is the right first move for your business.

Two vintage telephone receivers connected by a paper crane on a cream and gold editorial background
Representative build · Call handling

The call gets answered while your team stays focused.

A managed voice agent can answer overflow and out-of-hours calls, gather the right details and book or route the next step. People remain available for the decisions and conversations that need them.

A telephone, envelope, brass calendar and paper record connected by a continuous gold thread
Representative build · CRM administration

The record updates without somebody retyping the conversation.

A bounded workflow can turn an approved call transcript or email into structured notes, actions and a current CRM record. Clear rules decide what is saved, what needs checking and what stays human.

A torn quotation document with fine gold follow-up paths spreading across a warm paper surface
Representative build · Customer follow-up

The quotation does not disappear into the gap after it is sent.

A simple follow-up sequence can prompt the right customer at the right interval, stop when they reply and bring exceptions back to a person. Consistency improves without pretending every conversation should be automated.

Chapter 05 · How we deliver

One workflow.Measured before we expand.

01

Diagnose

Find the workflow with the strongest commercial opportunity and agree what good looks like.

02

Implement

Redesign one bounded workflow, including approvals, exceptions, ownership and human hand-off.

03

Embed

Spend 90 days stabilising the work, training the team and measuring against the baseline.

04

Expand

Use evidence from the first improvement to decide whether the next workflow is worth funding.

Commercially focused

The opportunity is tied to revenue, customer experience or productive time before technology enters the conversation.

Clear ownership

Every proposal states what you own, what Axivon operates and how data, access and channels work at handover or exit.

Practical adoption

People are trained, exceptions are reviewed and the workflow is documented instead of being quietly dropped on the team.

Four useful answers

Before you book.

Which route should I choose?

Choose the Revenue Leakage Review when you want Axivon to diagnose and implement a workflow improvement. Choose the Business Brain Programme when you want a client-owned Claude workspace and practical coaching so you can use it yourself. The fit call will help us rule out the wrong route quickly.

What do you actually implement?

It depends on the workflow. The answer may be a managed customer-facing agent, a client-owned AI workspace or straightforward automation between systems. We select the technology after diagnosis, not before.

Do I have to commit to a large project?

No. The Review is a bounded first purchase and any implementation is proposed separately. The Business Brain is a fixed 90-day founding programme. Neither route commits you to a company-wide transformation.

Who owns the systems and data?

You retain your business data, brand and core software accounts. Internal workspaces are set up in your own account. If Axivon manages a hosted agent, the proposal states what we operate, what you own and the exit route before you commit.

One small next step

Tell us where the workkeeps getting stuck.

In 20 minutes we can decide whether the Review, the Business Brain Programme or neither is the sensible next move. No free consulting and no drawn-out pitch.
